The centrifuge with the latest technology has the feature of decomposing both with three phases and two phases. Olive-oil, black water and oily prina come out from the centrifuge. The oily prina from the centrifuge is stocked in concrete non-leaking prina pool. Black water is passed through black water separator and the leaked oil is separated and aged in 9 black water-aging pools, then conveyed to improvement pool. The black water, which is collected in the concrete lagoon with a dimension of 40 meter to 11 meter and at depth of 3.5 m. through a water pump, is vaporized with the utilization of solar energy. The overall floor of the production, stocking and packing area is covered with granite ceramic and epoxy joint filler that comply with the rigorous hygienic conditions.
