The olives that are picked from the trees before falling
on to the soil are stocked at the 6,000 m2 olive stocking area,
which is purified from dust and dirt by being based on cobblestones
over gravel and sand filling, to be processed during the same
day. The olives are poured into a stainless steel plated conveying
elevator pit and conveyed to stainless steel washing machines.
Before the olives are poured into the washing machine, materials
such as dust and dirt in them are absorbed with vacuumed air by
the aspirator installed on the conveying belt. Then, the olives
are washed with the pressured sprinkling water in the washing
machine and sifted at the vibration screen. Furthermore, it is
sifted at microstructure steel screen of the elevator and conveyed
to the stainless steel collecting pit. Thus, the olives are protected
against any foreign bodies and conveyed to the grinder in a hygienic
environment. After all these processes the olives are conveyed
to the elevator of the olive-grinding machine
