First quality olives grown especially for olive-oil production are used at Nature Olive-oil Facilities. Maydos Olive-oil is produced from the olives of Şarköy, Gallipoli, Eceabat regions; Toria Olive-oil is produced from the olives of İntepe, Dardanel, Bayramiç, Geyikli, Ezine, Dalyan regions; Assos Olive-oil is produced from the olives of Ayvacık, Gürpınar, Behramkale regions; Homeros Olive-oil is produced from the olives of Küçükkuyu, Altınoluk, Edremit, Burhaniye, Gömeç, Ayvalık regions.
