The olive-oil obtained is classified based on the components
such as colour, smell, appearance, picking method, freshness.
All the purity and compliance of quality criteria of the olive-oil
is controlled. Production, filtration, bottling phases are carried
out with completely automatic and closed system. Glass or metal
contamination risk does not exist. Since no additives or protectives
are used, in order to protect the natural and regional structure
of the olive-oil continuous control of heat, humid, smell is carried
out in the warehouses and the oil is insulated from the sunlight.
Olive-oil is stocked in stainless steel AISI 304-316 Cr-Ni 18/10
tanks that comply with European Union Liquid Nutrition Standarts
and also conveyed with the pipelines having the same quality.
