Stocking

The oil filled in the stainless steel conveying tanks is carried out of the production area and delivered to preliminary stocking area. At this preliminary stocking area, the acid values of the oil are measured at the laboratory and after this process it is pumped to stainless steel main stocking tanks through the pumps in the preliminary stocking tanks with stainless pipeline. Stocking is made according to the quality and purity analyses of the olive-oil.
